DESCRIPTION
JW is about twenty feet long from the top of his head to the tip of his tail. His skin is purple with green accent patterns. He's got a light tan underbelly. Sometimes I color his hair green and sometimes I color it blonde. I always forget which one I decided on, but it doesn't really matter. He's got yellow eyes and little lines of heat pits under them.

SETTINGS

GAME EVENT AU - Some games don't need much of a reason for shapeshifting events to occur. I've been in a few! Want to work off of established CR? Just assume some temporary bullshit is happening in a game we're already both in! JW is a snek now. Maybe your character is un-changed or maybe they're something else entirely! Up to you.

CANON AU - In his canon, JW has learned to move between worlds. What does he do with this knowledge? He steals shit and then sells it back on earth to antique dealers. Well this time he's gotten ahold of a cursed bangle in the shape of The Ouroboros. It constricted to his wrist and changed his body. Now he's freaked out and acting carelessly and somehow wound up dumping his ass into YOUR character's world.

You did? Did you enter any tournaments? Or did you just help around the farm?

[Maverick thinks for a moment, then nods. From that answer, JW was obviously a monster that worked around the farm, instead of battling.]

Luckily, the two of us were the only ones we had to provide for. Real middle-of-nowhere situation. So what was this about rogue monsters? Is this somethin' I need to be concerned about?

[Maverick's fast, speed's one of his main attributes, he travels quickly, and when he doesn't want to be ambushed by wild monsters, he also travels quietly.

He nods.]

I've heard there's some smaller farms on the island, I haven't visited them, though.

[Usually they were a case like JW's, they just raised food, not monsters, so there was nothing for him to do there.

He tilts his head.]

It depends on how well you get along with them.

[In the ruins, the rogue monsters did fight among themselves, but they had all eventually settled on their own agreements, so fights usually only occurred if someone wandered into someone else's territory, that went for new monsters to the area as well.

Since Maverick is under the assumption that JW's lived here for a while, it's something he thinks the naga knows.]

I can imagine not. Just make sure that if you go looking for information, you don't find trouble as well.

[It's a warning, monsters that caused too much trouble were sometimes hunted down.]

He watches as JW quickly leaves, he's not too eager to follow him and wander around the ruins and into trouble.]
