"Alright." He looked away to hide a smile (and more blushing), then nodded toward the approaching form of the farmer's house. "Almost there; about time to get back to work.:
"No rest for the wicked," JW sighed before giving Ginko a good swat on the behind just before they became close enough to the farmhouse for anyone to tell what they were doing. "Work work work."
Ginko jumped a little and made a startled sound that could probably be called a squeak - then they were too close for him to retaliate, and he settled for shooting JW a look as they headed for the door. This wasn't over, dammit.
He knocked on the door, and a couple minutes later the herbs were steeping in a tub of hot water. Once that was done, Ginko wandered back outside and sat down on the porch to light a cigarette. "That's done. Just have to wait a few more minutes now."
