[MEME] OH NO A GHOST

OKAY LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS.
I wanna play a ghost. Below are some prompts.
I'm not super picky about setting or 'verse.
A- Your character is a paranormal investigator, an obnoxious tv show host, or is otherwise exploring an area that is said to be haunted for whatever reason. Maybe it's a dare.
B- My character's ghost just SHOWS UP in your character's home. Did your character buy some haunted shit off ebay? Maybe my character died nearby or was summoned via Ouija board by some stupid teenagers at that party you hosted last month. Either way, you got yourself a haunted house now. Congrats.
D- Your character is a necromancer-type-person and has summoned mine's spirit to do their bidding.
E- Your character is an exorcist and is here to shoo mine out of their current haunt or otherwise help them move on.
F- Our characters are friends. Mine died and has returned to hang out/help/finish some business with yours.
G- Your character moves into the house mine is currently haunting. EXCUSE U.
H- POSSESSION. It happened somehow.

The view must be great.

[Holy shit, that actually startled him slightly, not that Kou will admit it. He has to be a tough kid, after all.
He makes his way up the stairs, and then down a small hall towards room number '809', fishing the mass of keychains out again to undo his front door.
And they are almost immediately greeted by an excited mew, a charcoal grey cat with a big blue bow comes charging towards them.]
Epione, Epione no. [Kou takes a step back, almost right back into the hall in utter panic as the furball leaps forward. A small yelp escaped him as the cat claws at his leg, then promptly climbs right up until she can perch on his shoulder.] Fucking hell, do you need to do that every time?
[The cheerful sounding mew is the answer before the cats attention moves to their guest.]
no subject
[He couldn't help but coo at her.]
Awwww, she loves you so much.
[Man. How nice was it to be around a cat that couldn't make him sneeze?]
no subject
[The surly scowl remains in place, even as he reaches up to rub under her chin until she's purring.]
C'mon, make yourself at home or whatever.
[The aparment itself wasn't too big. It was a tiny studio really, a futon pushed against the wall with blankets haphazardly thrown on top of it. There were papers, books, numerous cat toys and a few mugs of forgotten coffee scattered across the apartment, looking very much like a hurricane had come through. Not that Kou will say anything about how messy the place had gotten.
He will also not comment on the honest to God cat castle below the window. Nope. Not at all.]
no subject
[It's kind of hard not to notice all the cat-related luxury.]
[He instantly judges Kou.]
What did you say you were goin' to school for again?
no subject
He can feel it but is certainly going to just ignore it. Instead he turns his head to glance back at the ghost.]
Nursing, why?
no subject
[He tipped forward so that he was nearly floating upside down to peer inside the cat castle.]
Meet a lot of girls as a nurse?
no subject
Kou meanwhile raises an eyebrow.]
Yes... It's predominantly a female field. [But why does he feel there's something else to that question?] I meet some guys too.
no subject
Hmmmmso anyway, what are we going to do until we can get ahold of this friend of yours?
no subject
What? No more questions or observations about the nursing field?
no subject
Nah. I don't think it'd be the right field for me anyhow.
I'm so sorry he's such an ass.
[The words are cold and Kou knows unnecessarily and most likely cruel, but they come out before he can catch them.]
I'm going to call Maria. Don't... I don't know. Don't possess my cat or something.
no subject
Fine. I won't touch your girlfriend.
no subject
I don't have a girlfriend! [He scowls, grabbing his phone and sorting through his contacts.] Or boyfriend!
no subject
Nevermind!
[He does turn his attention back to the cat though, reaching down to disturb a stray sheet of paper in attempts to get her to bat at it.]
no subject
The cat, meanwhile, has been eyeing the ghost with suspicion. He was an intruder, after all and intruders had to be wa-
The stray sheet of paper moved and suddenly her attention moves to that. She pounces on it, batting away with delight.]
no subject
So you can see me too, huh, kitty? I guess that's an animal thing.
no subject
Annnnd goes right through it. That was not how this worked!]
all his icons are asdfkldsd rn
Close but no cigar, your highness!
this kitty is so confused
This was weird! She was supposed to be able to touch her playmates. What kind of person did daddy bring home?]
no subject
I don't get people who say cats aren't any fun.
no subject
It does not - however - deter her from playing with the ghost. It may be weird and frustrating but it's certainly still a whole lot of fun.
Of course all fun has to come from an end, and she stops when Kou's raised voice comes floating into the room.]
Maria! Are you ser- Hey!
[And that was followed with a long string of curses before Kou returns into the room, debates for a total of five seconds before giving into channeling his little sister and falling face first onto his couch to muffle a frustrated scream. It was probably childish, but at the moment he didn't care.
The cat looks from him to Maurice and almost rolls her eyes.]
no subject
Bad news...?
no subject
He doesn't though. Instead he just turns his head to the side so he can properly address the ghost from where he's sprawled dramatically on his sofa.]
She's away until the end of next week helping her Mom. She says we get to be roommates until she - [and then he raises a hand so that he can make air quotes, his voice changing as he clearly imitates the woman in question.] - "undo the idiotic mistake you've made, how many times have I told you not to read books on things you can't understand Kou Mikano?"
[He makes a disgruntled face. God he
loveshates that woman.]no subject
Like I always say, nothin' good ever came from reading.
