[MEME] OH NO A GHOST

OKAY LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS.
I wanna play a ghost. Below are some prompts.
I'm not super picky about setting or 'verse.
A- Your character is a paranormal investigator, an obnoxious tv show host, or is otherwise exploring an area that is said to be haunted for whatever reason. Maybe it's a dare.
B- My character's ghost just SHOWS UP in your character's home. Did your character buy some haunted shit off ebay? Maybe my character died nearby or was summoned via Ouija board by some stupid teenagers at that party you hosted last month. Either way, you got yourself a haunted house now. Congrats.
D- Your character is a necromancer-type-person and has summoned mine's spirit to do their bidding.
E- Your character is an exorcist and is here to shoo mine out of their current haunt or otherwise help them move on.
F- Our characters are friends. Mine died and has returned to hang out/help/finish some business with yours.
G- Your character moves into the house mine is currently haunting. EXCUSE U.
H- POSSESSION. It happened somehow.

[She frowns at him and sighs at the question.] No, we drive on the left.
[Rude, JW. :( Wow.]

[He tries to wipe the fog away from the window but his hand just goes right through it. He sighs.]
You really shouldn't read spells out loud unless you know exactly what you're doing. Something way nastier than me could have come through that mirror.
[Imagine.]
If I were you, I'd burn that book after sending me back.

[She eyes the book like she'd eye Dinah for trying to climb the curtians.] ....That seems very odd, doesn't it? [Alice blinks and walks over to JW, standing near him.] Something worse?
no subject
Much worse. That little limerick of yours opened up a revolving door to the afterlife. Just be glad it was me walking by and not a bear or an ax murderer or something from another world entirely. It all dumps out into one place after all.
no subject
It does? Aren't there two sections of the afterlife?

[He finally turns to look at her again. Maybe he can intimidate her into making him leave. The ghost narrows his eyes and manages to stand even taller than he would have if he were alive.]
You'll find out one day.

Little girl, send me home right now.

Nobody asked me if I wanted to come here! You yanked me like a dog on a chain!
[The air grows colder. Alice will find her breath fogging before her.]

[He snatches for the book. His hand passes harmlessly through it.]

You don't know much about ghosts, do you?

[She flips through the book, slowing a few times.] Hm..
Is that all you do?

[Like make you need to put on mittens.]

[The first kind words the ghost has heard in a long, long time. He wears a proper gobsmacked expression before his whole image warps. His colors mute out into an unappealing green, his fingers grow long and clawed and his mouth stretches into an ugly, jagged jack-o-lantern frown.]
WELL I AM!

[Is the exact opposite of the reaction JW wants.]
[He deflates back into his natural state, shoulders notably more slumped than before. He even floats a little closer to the carpet. She should have been shaking and crying for her mother right now! For shit's sake her CAT hasn't even left the room! This is not ideal. Not at all.]
What's wrong with you?

This isn't exciting! This is horrifying! This is proof of something beyond the veil, a world filled with creatures you couldn't possibly hope to understand and I'm threatening you.
[His edges shudder as he struggles to explain the situation and he holds out his hands as if he would very much like to take the child by the shoulders and shake her in his desperation.]

Finally. Let's get it over with. And then burn that book.
